Home Made Sushi!

Aaaah sushi... How I love you.. Today we had some home made sushi. OK, I admit I'm not the world greatest sushi roller, but man these where good if I may say so myself!  I made the 'standard' maki rolls, with avocado, cucumber and surimi sticks. Some inside out rolls, with tuna and cucumber and sprinkled with some ichimi toragashi (Japanese chilli, herbs and black sesame seeds). And an other inside out roll with salmon and cucumber, than sprinkled with sesame seeds. Some Japanese soy sause to go with it and your ready to go! I don't like wasabi but hubby does enjoy his wasabi. By the way, is my husband the only one who eats way to much wasabi, cries a bit and than actually do it again??
